In my previous role as a Regional Director at Gallup, I worked with Fortune 500 leaders around the world to implement analytics solutions to improve their business and culture.
I’ve lived in Asia, the United Kingdom, the east and west coast USA. I now live in Palo Alto and am a proud father of three lovely children going to school at PAUSD.

Need help?
Don't worry, we got you. Here are some answers for your questions.
My team and I handpick our podcast guests from a pool of exceptional leaders who are in the trenches doing the work, and not just on the talk show circuit. These tend to be from districts that face similar challenges as our best customers.
1. Pre-production- 30min call on Google Meet to develop episode Content
2. Recording- 60min on Squadcast, video and audio
3. Editing- This usually takes between 4-6 weeks.
4. Publication- On Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and most podcast players. One episode per week will be selected for an article feature.
That pain that schools have coordinating student supports within your care team? We build software to ensure all staff in your school are on the same page at all times, and no student falls through the cracks. MTSS/RTI, progress monitoring, and all the things. Hit CT up during the pre-production call to find out more - but beware, he could talk for hours on this stuff.

Equipment
Make sure you are accessing Squadcast via a compatible device
For the best audio and video quality, an external camera and mic are preferred.
Generally, phone microphones (iPhone or Android) are spectacular, and you don’t need special equipment
If you’re using a wired headset: we’ll do a sound test to ensure it picks up your voice well
If you’re using AirPods on the iPhone: switch to Voice Isolation mode to improve noise cancelling
Environment
Try to take the call from a quiet environment with minimal background sounds and where you’re unlikely to be disturbed for the duration of the call.
